About Us

Britink is a division of The Needham Group, a family owned business based in Whitchurch, Shropshire. The Needham Group was formed in November 1962 (less than 12 months to our 50th birthday) by Roger Needham and is now in the hands of his son, David Needham.

Britink.co.uk was launched as a new division in 2006 with the aim of supplying genuine and JetTec compatible ink cartridges direct to consumers. Our philosophy back then was simple; supply high quality products at low prices with great service.

At Britink we only sell original cartridges supplied by all major brands such as Brother, Canon, HP, Dell, Lexmark and Kodak or compatible ink cartridges supplied by JetTec. JetTec was carefully selected as our compatible supplier due to its quality reputation and high standard of product which has led to it being one of Europe's largest suppliers of compatible and remanufactured inkjet cartridges.

What makes us different?

Well, we like to think that we give you something different. We understand that the world is changing and that our customers are changing as a result. Our customers are no longer impressed by low prices and free delivery, this is expected. We also understand that there is an abundance of choice for consumers nowadays, so in order to stand out from the crowd we need to give you something different, and this is what we strive to do.

The experience

When shopping with Britink it's not just about the products or the service, it's about the experience. We want our customers to experience something special and engage with us in such a way that we add significant value. We will not bombard you with the usual boring emails, this is not our style; instead we will exchange information with you which we feel will be of value to our customers.
