This means that you won't expend all of your Kodak printer ink cartridges on printing mundane documents and that you can save that high quality ink for when you want to print photographs.

Remember that all printers do need to be cleaned from time to time. There will be an automatic cleaning feature on your printer and, if you have an expensive printer, it's oftentimes a good idea to bring it to a qualified service technician to have it professionally cleaned from time to time.
