
With Kodak having filed for bankruptcy protection and stockists having fewer and fewer supplies for film photography on hand, it seems like film photography might be about to fade from the consumer market for good. The reasons are a bit more than obvious. A hobby photographer can buy Kodak ink cartridges instead of their film and, so equipped, they can print an enormous amount of colour photos for a very affordable price. Is there even a need for film photography supplies anymore? Time will tell, but expect a more rarefied market for such supplies.
