Please forgive me for not commenting on the quality of your inks. To me - as for most of your customers, I am sure - Ink is ink is ink just as a spade is a spade is a spade....

It's when it comes to SERVICE, however, that the boys get sorted from the men.

The way your Sarah has gone out of her way to help me recently has restored my faith in mankind - and the corporate world of the 21st century.  It was the kind of SERVICE that I thought had disappeared in these days of privateering capitalism. It was the kind of service that you simply don't forget and therefore is bound to pay dividends for a long time. A principle that - alas! - is no longer recognized as a principle by too many organisations.

inks are good,very fast delivery all at a reasonable price

We have an Epson B500DN and an Epson B310N and the cartridges are big and therefore expensive, but Britink are the cheapest and free postage.
